Typefaces

The brand typefaces Ambroise, Sofia, and Waterfall give the Lee Hwa branding a recognisable and distinctive voice. Modern, elegant, sophisticated. Ambroise is the serif typeface, based upon 19th century French Didone typefaces. Sofia is a modern geometric sans serif, related to the 1920's Futura. And Waterfall is a joyful and elegant script font which we use mainly for call-outs and headlines.

Ambroise

Ambroise is a modern serif typeface designed by Jean François Porchez in 2011. The design is a contemporary take on the classic French Didone typefaces of the nineteenth century.

Sofia Pro

Sofia Pro is a geometric sans typeface designed by Olivier Gourvat between 2009 and 2012. It has rounded curves with very open terminals, making this typeface elegant, friendly and contemporary.

Waterfall

Waterfall is a calligraphic script font designed in 2011 by Robert Leuschke. It combines elements of traditional hand lettered italic form with more formal, elegant script connecting characters.

Downloads

We don’t provide downloadable fonts here, but provide links to the online pages where the respective typefaces can be obtained. We use only the weights which are mentioned in the images above. Ambroise and Sofia are also available in the Adobe Font Library (free for Adobe Creative Suite users), and Waterfall is available as a free Google Font.
